What happens next

  1. Consultation. We review your request and clarify preferences, requirements and reel condition.
  2. Quotation & booking. We provide a detailed quotation. A 50% deposit confirms the booking and production slot.
  3. Inspection. Additional worn, damaged, corroded, seized or modified components may only be found after disassembly. No additional work proceeds without approval.
  4. Craftsmanship. We perform the agreed work, inspection, reassembly and quality checks.
  5. Completion & delivery. The remaining 50% is payable before collection or shipment.
